    For nuke i would say heaven (the spot above hut in particular) is the best position as it allowes you to get an early read on any sort of enemy movement aswell as your enemies weaponry to prevent your heaven or outside player from taking a fight against a silo camper and his buddies while also allowing you to coordinate a counterrush should an awper jump down from silo. Last but not least its also a prime position to rush both hut and damage any vent rusher all while keeping you concealed from the entire front half of the a bombsite

    • @Ryderdie1
      @Ryderdie1 Годину тому

      I do agree that position can be really strong, but it does have some downfalls. Say you do need to rotate B, this position puts you in a bad spot to retake if you do lose vent control. But for A takes it’s REALLY strong. Thanks for watching!

      @@Ryderdie1 forgot to add the last part in my previous message. I meant to say this position is best if its paired with 1 or 2 utility heavy ramp players as it denies almost every point enemies could make a quick entry on. I mainly prefer the heaven place when i soloq couse its the only way for me to even remotely convince people to rotate in a timely manner as for full stack games i always like to ask the player who struggles most in the round to take it

    Mate already playing dust 2 without spawns is instant lose. You cant just go short or long with a b spawn and vice versa

    • @Ryderdie1
      @Ryderdie1 Годину тому

      You’re absolutely right, but I don’t think playing off spawns every match is necessary especially at lower levels. Even in my Faceit 10 pugs the people I get matched with often don’t want to exclusively play spawns. I will say if you play on a team, playing spawns is the strongest approach to CT.

      @@Ryderdie1 That's why it's always an instant ban for us. No one, and i mean no one knows how to play spawns and i don't get it. The map is older than the people playing it

  • @pagatryx5451
    @pagatryx5451 6 годин тому

    Only one I disagree with is Nuke. Outside is essentially the 'mid' of Nuke. Allowing access to both bombsites and outside. It's also one of the most contested areas of the map with there nearly always being some kind of outside presence. Not to mention it's one of the most difficult places to play, with the T's throwing all sorts of utility to take it, including a bunch of smoke walls, and having silo for a pretty strong second angle. You also have a fast rotate through secret for any B execute and can push into Lobby from behind the odd round. The only real weakness to the position is an A execute as main will often be smoked.

    • @Ryderdie1
      @Ryderdie1 Годину тому

      I mentioned that I am biased on Nuke, and I was conflicted on whether or not I should say outside is the strongest, that is because of all the points you already made. But I do still think that if ramp is played properly, it can have a massive impact on the rest of the map. Either way, thanks for watching!

    14:10 Slight misinterpretation; the reason one player sees the other first is because of their distance from the nearest obstruction. i.e. if 2 players peek around an obstruction, the player closer to the obstruction will always be seen first. For anyone wondering, WarOwl has a couple great videos specifically about this perspective advantage. ua-cam.com/video/5e8HZqF3cyk/v-deo.html

    10:05 Crouch *just BEFORE* jumping. Crouching after jumping actually gives you less height and inconsistent maximum jump height, while crouching before gives you maximum jump height every time.

  • @SpartaCraft22965
    @SpartaCraft22965 День тому

    2:04 I'm not really qualified to give this advice, but wanted to emphasize; it's important to not counter-strafe until right before the moment you want to shoot. I just wanted to note for your own practice, since in the video there's a huge delay between when when you counter-strafe, stop, track the bot and then shoot, when it's more ideal to strafe while tracking and then counter-strafe right before you want to shoot accurately, which is more difficult. I wouldn't be surprised if you were taking it slow for the video, but I wanted to point that out just in-case. 👍

      Yes! During the aim bots portion of the video I mentioned that the last 250 bots are focused on tracking. During your training spend more time doing that exercise.
